Anshoo Kamal
Biography:
ANSHOO KAMAL is a senior bureaucrat with over 20-years experience in the Ontario Public Service (OPS). Currently, Kamal is the Director, Policy Alignment and Intergovernmental Affairs for Ontario's Children, Community and Social Services.
Her previous OPS roles include: Director of Strategic Policy for the Ontario Ministry of Education; Policy Director for the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General; and Manager, System Planning Unit, Capacity Planning and Priorities Branch for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Anshoo also has more than three years experience working in the Cabinet Office of the Government of Ontario -- first as a Health Policy Advisor and, later, as a Senior Policy Advisor.
She has a MSc, Health Policy, from the University of Toronto and a BBA, Economics and Finance, from York University's Schulich School of Business.
